week 9
State and federal courts both have their functions in the United States legal system, which functions something like a two-in-one. Before the United States Constitution, every state had its own set of laws.
The American dual court system is like two railroads running side by side. State and federal courts both report to the highest court in the land—the United States Supreme Court. The plan is to distribute authority between the federal government and the individual states. The two primary categories of issues that courts handle are criminal and civil. In matters related to federal legislation or constitutional disputes, federal courts intervene. State courts deal with common issues such as family law violations, personal grievances, and legal disputes.
From its ancient colonial origins, the American legal system has developed into a complicated web. Navigating the kinks of American justice requires an understanding of its structure, problems, and the function of state laws.

I decided to choose this topic because it really upsets me. This topic is about Israel-Palestine war and how America funding Israel . The Ministry of Health in Ramallah says more than 10,000 Palestinians have died in the military campaign launched in response by Israel (CNN). Gaza has one of the youngest populations in the world, with 47% under 18 years old, and the health ministry is reporting that as of November 6, 4,104 children have been killed. UN officials estimate that as of November 5, about 1,270 children have been reported missing and may be trapped under rubble (CNN). The latest violence has caused more than 1,200 deaths in Israel and at least 14,800 in Gaza as of Nov. 23, according to authorities on both sides. Compare this loses I think that USA funding and supporting Israel is so unfair. According to CNN $14.3 billion were aid for Israel. And don’t think that I’m nationalist or I’m discriminating, I like all people regardless their religion, nation or skin colour. I’m just against the death of innocent people.

The executive branch is one of the 3 branches of US. Key components of the executive branch include: president, vice president, the cabinet (president’s advisors), executive department and orders.
So now let’s talk about the responsibilities of those components:
President is the head of the country. President is responsible for managing foreign policy, carrying out and upholding federal legislation, and supervising the different executive departments.
The vice president is the second main figure in executive branch. His role is to support president and presides the senate, where they have power to give the final votes.
The cabinet is the group of president’s advisors, Each member of the cabinet is the head of a federal executive department, such as the department of state, department of defense, department of justice, etc. These departments are responsible for specific areas of government function
Executive departments and agencies: there are numerous executive departments and agencies that carry out specific functions and responsibilities
Executive orders are directions with legal effect that the President may issue to direct the federal government’s activities.
I’ve been doing good since the semester started. Thanks to professor my writing become more fluent. My goal was not to fail any units. Already half of the semester passed and my grades is pretty high. I will continue to keep the same vibe for achieving my goals.
Blog week 7
I didn’t attend last class. So this blog is really challenging for me. But still let me explain you what is congress and how it’s working. Congress is like a big decision-making group in the United States. It helps make the rules and laws that everyone in the country follows. Think of it as a giant team where people work together to make America a better place.
Congress has two parts: the House of Representatives and the Senate. The House has lots of members who represent different areas, while the Senate has fewer members. They are like the superheroes of your town or state, working to make things better for you.
Congress talks about ideas that can become laws. They discuss things like school rules, how much money the country can spend, and even big decisions like going to war. They listen to what people need and try to find solutions.
Blog week 5
These days lgbt become increasingly popular among society. First let me mention that I don’t have anything against lgbt community. But the problem is propaganda of lgbt. The lgbt propaganda is everywhere, in the parks, schools, kindergartens. The most crucial thing, they teach little children that they can choose their own gender and etc. Ex president of USA Donald trump in one his speeches said “No teacher should ever be allowed to teach transgender to our children without parental consent”. I’m totally agree with him. Because I wouldn’t like if someone says to my little brother that he can marry to another man, or he can be woman or something between male and female. As I told before I got nothing against lgbt community. If you are non binary it’s okay just keep it in yourself no need to persuade others to be like you. And I support civil rights, every person should be treated equally. When it comes to educating young children, it’s especially important to recognise the delicate balance between increasing awareness and enabling people to express their identities and respecting the values and views of others.
Meme assignment

In Islam religion there is 5 times in a day required prayers in a specific time. So, in my photo the man praying in the outside and police protecting him. I decided to choose this topic because nowadays in the world a big issue of religion discrimination. Civil liberties of USA are protecting each religion and allows us to practice our religions. The First Amendment is perhaps the most famous provision of the Bill of Rights. It is arguably also the most extensive because it guarantees both religious freedoms and the right to express your views in public. Specifically, the First Amendment says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances” (Krutz & Sylvie Waskiewicz).
The image represents a significant moment in a continuing struggle for civil liberties, that man who praying shows how liberties may be exercised while still protected by law. This picture shows the significance of defending each people regardless their color, belief or origin. The police, in this context is more than just a police officer, he is a symbol of hope, guaranteeing that people can freely practice their religion without scarying of discrimination or punishment.
Well known leader of civil right movement Martin Luther King once said: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”. The battle for equality is a global issue that affects every person. His quote clearly shows us that it is not the problem of certain community. By showing police protecting a guy while he prays, my meme perfectly captures the main point of Dr. King’s remarks.
My meme serves as a helpful reminder that protecting civil rights is a shared duty requiring cooperation between ordinary people, law enforcement, and those making the decisions. Societies can work towards a future in which civil rights are not only safeguarded but also valued, providing a just and inclusive society for everyone, by appreciating historical context and supporting the values of equality.
I think I deserve 10-13 points. Because my essay is well written. In my opinion the concept is vivid. I was also so passionate about Islamophobic actions around the world. So here I got a small opportunity to speak up and show my worldview. Why not 15? Because I’m not sure about my photo. When someone says meme something funny comes to my mind, but my photo is not funny.
Blog week 4
What Are the civil liberties? Civil liberties are the rights and freedom of citizens such as freedom of speech, religion etc.
The most I like about civil liberties is First amendment in constitution. Because of this amendment the government can’t establish official religion. So it helps us to avoid massive religion discrimination. This freedom known as establishment clause. Also the first amendment allows us to freely practice our religion. The Free Exercise Clause addresses the conflicts which may general laws might conflict with specific religious exercises. The Jenovah’s witnesses highlighted the difficulties to balance religious freedom with established laws. First government was stubborn about removing the laws that contradicts with religion freedom but later cases affirmed individuals’ right event if it was contradicting to certain laws.
